The National Assembly Legislation and Judiciary Committee's parliamentary audit held at the Daegu High Prosecutor's Office argued that a special investigation team should be set up in connection with the "suspected nomination intervention."

Rep. Park Kyun-taek of the Democratic Party of Korea said in a parliamentary audit held at the Daegu High Prosecutor's Office today (17th) that a special investigation team should come from Seoul to investigate the case of Myung Tae-kyun.

At the same time, he told Chung Yoo-mi, the chief prosecutor of the Changwon District Prosecutors' Office, to make this suggestion.

Kwak Kyu-taek, a member of the People's Power, also said that the personnel of Changwon District Prosecutors' Office will not be able to handle the case of Myung's Political Fund Act.

Prosecutor Chung Yoo-mi said, "I can't tell you in detail how we are investigating this, but we are investigating by referring to all of the various suspicions."

He also asked that the investigation team be patient and watch it as they are working hard to make it smell bad.
