Seoul Metropolitan Library Celebrates World Nobel Prize in Literature

The World Nobel Literature Festival will be held at the Seoul Library to mark Han Kang's acceptance of the Nobel Prize in Literature.

The event, which runs from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. tomorrow (3rd), will feature various programs, including book talks with Choi Eun-young and Park Sang-young, under the theme of the past, present, and future of the Nobel Prize in Literature.

In addition, professional actors will read major works such as Han Kang's representative novels and poems, and jazz bands will also perform music performances.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government will also conduct a "Hangangang Special Amnesty" to lift loan restrictions for users who had difficulty using the library due to overdue records for the festival.
