A national petition has been filed by Hive, the agency of BTS (BTS), demanding an exclusive hearing, drawing keen attention to future developments. Recently, social criticism of Hive's opaque management behavior and alleged artist exploitation has increased, indicating that voices calling for the National Assembly to find out the truth are increasing.

On the 15th, a message titled "A Hearing, Legislative Supplement, and Enactment on the deficiencies of various laws and regulations revealed by social controversy by large entertainment companies" was posted on the website of the National Assembly's petition for "Hive to hold an exclusive hearing."

The petition pointed out allegations in Hive's selection process as a top company, violation of the Fair Trade Act, violation of the anti-graft law, ESG management failure, and artist labor environment issues, calling for a hearing and revision of related laws.

In particular, the petitioner pointed out that Hive did not preserve related records in the process of selecting the best companies, arguing that "the National Assembly should investigate whether officials in charge are derelict in their duties through hearings and demand disciplinary action from the head of the ministry."

There are also suspicions that Hive is unfairly profiting from the production and distribution of negative reports on the same industry and paying for exclusive platform 'Weverse,' he said, stressing the need to investigate whether it violates fair trade at the National Assembly level.

The petition has already attracted great attention, with 13,000 signatures of consent, coupled with allegations related to Hive raised during the recent parliamentary audit. In the previous parliamentary audit, Hive's overworked death and artist human rights issues were discussed and were heavily criticized.
