A man in his 20s who hit a girl with a motorcycle was arrested at Seoul National University

A man who hit a college student with a motorcycle at Seoul National University has been caught by police.

Gwanak Police Station in Seoul arrested a man in his 20s on charges of professional negligence on the 26th.

A is accused of hitting a female student in her 20s with a motorcycle in front of the Seoul National University School of Natural Sciences building at around 5:30 p.m. on the 26th.The female student injured her leg in the accident of
