The court cited some of the Internet media's request for an injunction against broadcasting for a transcript claiming that First Lady Kim Gun-hee interfered in the general election.

The Seoul Southern District Court cited some of the applications for provisional injunction against broadcasting and distribution by Kim Dae-nam, a former senior administrator of the president's office, against the Internet media "Sound of Seoul."

The court banned the broadcast of the transcript between former senior administrator Kim and Seoul's Sori reporter on personal speculation and remarks about the privacy of creditors on matters unrelated to the public domain.

It also banned the airing of content that uses conclusive expressions about allegations that First Lady Kim Gun-hee intervened in the nomination.

The application for a ban on broadcasting the rest of the broadcast content was rejected, and 80% of the litigation costs were paid by former senior administrator Kim.

Seoul's Sound said most of its claims have been accepted and that it is in a position to broadcast as scheduled.

Earlier, Seoul's Voice released a transcript of Kim's remarks to the effect that Kim Gun-hee, a former senior administrator who was eliminated after applying for a nomination in Yongin Gap, Gyeonggi Province, in the last general election, was involved in the nomination.
