"North Korea has flown 150 garbage balloons since dawn..."There's no substance to harm".

The Joint Chiefs of Staff said North Korea was found to have flown more than 150 garbage balloons from early morning this morning.

The Joint Chiefs of Staff issued a press release saying that more than 60 of them fell in Gyeonggi and Seoul, and that the contents were all household waste such as paper, plastic and plastic bottles.

He added that nothing is currently being identified in the air, adding that so far this year, North Korea has sprayed garbage balloons 23 times.
