[Seoul] 1,387 new government officials selected in Seoul...Women and majority in their 20s

The Seoul Metropolitan Government has announced the final successful candidates for the 2nd local civil service appointment exam in 2024.

Of the 1,387 successful applicants for general level 8 and 9 civil servants, including administrative and technical positions, 44.4% were male and 55.6% were female, and the gender ratio was similar to last year.

By age, people in their 20s accounted for the majority with 53.2%, followed by 36.6% in their 30s, 8.2% in their 40s, and 1.9% in their 50s.

The written examination for hiring 253 people, including the Seoul Metropolitan Government's 7th-grade general administrative positions, will be held on the 2nd of next month.
