Opposition Party Says "Kim Is Korea's Most Powerful" On Non-Prosecution Of Luxury Bags

The Democratic Party of Korea criticized the prosecution's indictment of Kim Gun-hee, who received a luxury bag, as a day of disgrace that revealed to the world that Kim is the most powerful person in Korea.

Cho Seung-rae, a senior spokesman, said in a National Assembly briefing that Kim will not be prosecuted, let alone punished, even if she receives a luxury bag as a gift, manipulates state affairs, and intervenes in the ruling party's nomination.

He then pointed out that absolute power, which is not punished no matter what crimes are committed, is only possible in the monarchy, and that the prosecution's atrocities are tantamount to denying the democratic republic and declaring the Kim kingdom.

Kim Bo-hyeop, a senior spokesman of the Cho Kuk Innovation Party, also said in a commentary that Kim will soon be punished properly, and that prosecutors should never put the expression "living power investigation" in the future.
