Black smoke divided the blue autumn sky.

The fire burns horribly through the broken windows.

The fire broke out at 8:10 a.m. at a two-story paper filter factory in Sihwa Industrial Complex in Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do.

The fire was extinguished in four hours, and no one was injured, but the factory building and various materials were burned.

The fire seems to have started from paper piled up about 20 tons in the factory, but Siheung-si sent disaster messages to residents for fear of the inflow of harmful substances.

[Kim Sung-wook / Witness to the fire: When I went to the fire, the factory caught a big fire. It smelled like it was burning, and the firefighters were spraying water and the windows were broken.]

The cafe building was engulfed in gray smoke.

At around 12:10 p.m., a fire broke out in a commercial building in Galma-dong, Daejeon, and was extinguished in about 50 minutes.

One air conditioner outdoor unit where the fire started was burned, and a person in his 30s who tried to put out the fire was burned on his hand.

The kitchen fixtures are so black that they can't recognize their shape.

Around 7 a.m., a fire broke out at a restaurant in Yeonji-dong, Jeongeup, Jeollabuk-do.

The inside of the restaurant and the furniture burned, causing property damage estimated by the fire department of 20 million won, but no casualties were reported.

At around 4:40 a.m., a Vietnamese sailor in his 20s fell into the sea off Tongyeong, South Gyeongsang Province.

It is believed that he tripped while riding a barge hanging from the four-ton maintenance line of the oyster farm.

The Coast Guard dispatched coastal rescue teams, fire boats, and civilian rescue teams to search.
