Yoon said in a video congratulatory speech on the 18th World Korean Day held at the Lotte Hotel in Jamsil, Seoul, today, "We will do our best to support our compatriots to demonstrate their greater capabilities."

At today's ceremony, Hwang Byung-gu, honorary chairman of the Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the United States, received the Mugunghwa Medal of the National Order of Merit, and government awards were given to 91 overseas Koreans.
