On the second day of his state visit to the Philippines, President Yoon Suk Yeol began his official schedule with a welcoming ceremony.

President Yoon Suk Yeol and his wife, Kim Gun-hee, attended the official welcoming ceremony held at the presidential palace in Mallacanyang, Manila, the Philippines.

President Yoon and Philippine President Marcos entered the welcoming ceremony together, and the two leaders inspected the honor guard after the performance of the two countries' national anthem.

Following the official welcoming ceremony, President Yoon will hold a summit with President Marcos to discuss ways to strengthen Korea-Philippines relations and make joint press announcements following the MOU exchange ceremony.
