President Yoon "Korea-Singapore Time to Prepare for New 50 Years"

President Yoon Suk Yeol, who is on a state visit to Singapore, attended a business forum with entrepreneurs from both countries and said, "Let's prepare for the new 50 years together through close cooperation."

President Yoon emphasized that Singapore is a hub for trade, finance, and investment, and that Korea has the best industrial portfolio in the world, and cited AI-based smart manufacturing technology as an example of bilateral cooperation.

He also said that if South Korea's industry-specific supply chain information and Singapore's transit trade volume information are shared, we will be able to maintain a foundation for mutual prosperity even in the face of an economic security crisis.

In this forum, a total of 10 MOUs were signed between companies and institutions in both countries.
