Koo Young-bae, CEO of Quten Group, who came to the court with a firm expression, bowed his head, saying, "I apologize to the victims and the people."

However, when asked if he had been aware of the possibility of an unpaid settlement since two years ago, he denied the charges, saying he knew after the incident took place.

[Koo Young-bae / CEO of Q10 Group: (Do you admit that you stole 1.5 trillion won in settlement?) No.]

Ryu Hwa-hyun, the head of Wemakeff, who arrived at the court wiping away tears, said he was also responsible, but said he would explain to the court that he had been trying to turn it into a surplus.

[Ryu Hwa-hyun / CEO of WeMakePrice: We came back because we wanted to make a good company. I explained the process because I sacrificed my annual salary compared to the existing company and received a credit loan to make a surplus a year later.]

Ryu Kwang-jin, CEO of Timon, is said to have claimed that due to Koo's decision, Q10 headquarters only arbitrarily drew and spent Timon's funds, and that he could not be involved.

They are accused of stealing 1.595 trillion won in sales by continuing their sales operation even though they knew they had no payment to settle.

In addition, he is accused of causing KRW 69.2 billion in losses to Timon and Wemakeff by supplying all the work to affiliates and siphoning off KRW 67.1 billion in Timmeff funds in the name of the acquisition of the company.

Prosecutors say the victims, a small vendor, are serious crimes that have suffered astronomical property damage,
It is known that
emphasized the need to arrest them, citing the possibility of removing evidence by shifting responsibility to each other or denying the charges.

If the prosecution secures the whereabouts of these key executives, investigations into other Q10 affiliates such as AK Mall and Interpark Commerce are also expected to start.
