Early voting for the October 16 by-elections begins...Until tomorrow.

Early voting for the October 16 re- and by-elections began at 6 a.m. today (11th) to select four heads of local governments in Geumjeong, Busan, Ganghwa, Incheon, and Yeonggwang and Gokseong, Jeollanam-do.

Voting will run until 6 p.m. for two days, and you can do it at 476 polling stations in the by- and by-elections area with your ID.

The NEC asked voters who cannot vote that day to participate in early voting as the voting day is not a public holiday on the 16th.

In addition to the Seoul superintendent election, where political parties cannot be involved, the People's Power expects to win in the strong areas of Incheon and Busan Geumjeong, while the Democratic Party is aiming for a reversal in the rest of the country after defending its traditional support base, Yeonggwang and Gokseong in Jeollanam-do.
