Former CEO Min and Hive faced off again in court over whether Hive-affiliated label Adore should appoint former CEO Min Hee-jin as its CEO again.Former representatives of

Min said Hive had unfairly dismissed Min in violation of a shareholder agreement, and insisted that an ad hoc shareholders' meeting should be held to re-appoint him as representative.Former representative Min's representative

pointed out that the situation was due to Hive's betrayal.

In response to the proposal of Chairman Bang Si-hyuk of Hive, he established Adore and debuted the group 'New Jeans', but rather received unfair treatment and checks.

At the same time, he also disclosed the testimony of an internal Hive informant that the group "Eilet" plagiarized Newzins from the planning stage.

The transcript of the call said, "I didn't imagine it would be made the same," or that an official from Eilet's agency asked them to share the New Jeans plan.

When I raised the issue here, Hive said he dismissed former CEO Min, and that he was forced to file a tough lawsuit to keep his promise with Newzins.

On the other hand, Hive's representative refuted that former representative Min betrayed Hive first, destroying trust.

The previous provisional injunction court also ruled that former CEO Min had acted treacherously, and Hive also terminated the contract between shareholders based on this judgment.

In addition, former representative Min claims that it was only an imagination to take away the adore from Hive, but he pointed out that he recruited experts and made specific plans to steal the adore.

He stressed that Hive had long since been informed that Adore was trying to become independent and had only begun an audit, not in retaliation for raising allegations of Irish plagiarism.

The court is expected to make a decision as early as the end of this month after receiving additional data from both sides by the 25th.Attention is focusing on whether former representative of

Min will be able to reverse Hive's decision once again following May and regain his position as representative of Audor.
