The speed of autumn leaves has also accelerated in the midst of a large daily temperature difference.

After the first autumn leaves were observed on Seoraksan Mountain, Odaesan Mountain began to turn red.

Due to the long heat that lasted until early autumn, the first autumn leaves of this year began about six days later than usual, but Seoraksan Mountain is rapidly becoming colored by the increasingly cold air.

On the 8th, the first autumn leaves began, with 20% of the mountains turning red on Odaesan Mountain.

Inland areas, including Seoul, have not yet had autumn leaves, but trees everywhere have begun to take off their green colors and change.

Due to the large daily temperature difference, the maple front is expected to descend south at a speed of about 25km a day.

In the second half of next week, the first autumn leaves will be observed in Bukhansan, Seoul,
Hallasan Mountain is expected to change its fall clothes on the 16th of
and Naejangsan Mountain, famous for its 'baby maple' on the 24th.

The peak time when 80% of the mountains are colored with autumn leaves is usually about two weeks after the first observation of autumn leaves.

Gangwon Province will be able to enjoy the most beautiful and colorful autumn leaves from next weekend and other regions between the end of this month and the beginning of next month.
