Kim Jongin, "I don't ask you to unify."Oh Se-hoon's "false claim"

In response to Myung Tae-kyun's claim that he led the unification between Oh Se-hoon and Ahn Cheol Soo candidates during the 2021 by-election for Seoul mayor, Kim Jong-in, then chairman of the People's Power Emergency Response Committee, and Oh's side countered that it was not true.

In a phone call with YTN, Kim said he met Myung for the first time on March 5, 2021, with the introduction of former lawmaker Kim Young-sun, and that the meeting lasted for about 10 minutes, and that there was no request for the unification of the Seoul mayor.

He then explained how to talk about unification with the first person, saying that Myung is making such an argument to show off himself.

Mayor Oh Se-hoon, who was involved in the unification negotiations at the time, also dismissed the structure as not a structure in which outsiders can intervene, saying that the negotiation team discussed and held unification talks with Ahn Cheol Soo's candidate camp.

Another Mayor Oh also said, "I have never worked with Myung in the camp," adding, "It is entirely up to the party leadership and candidates to decide on the unification process."
