"Why do you only know how to make things big?"(Seungchan's line in the drama)
There are two detectives from

strong 2nd team. Corrupt corruption police plan to steal money from criminal organizations that they cannot report or trace and put it into action, but contrary to expectations, the case becomes increasingly twisted. This is the story of the movie Don't Touch Dirty Money.

The two main characters believe that they can get out of the case and investigate it because they are themselves. However, as the title of the honest imperative is, the corrupt police officers face an irreversible crisis by diving deeper into the center of an event that grows out of control.

As a movie that advocates a crime noir drama, "Don't Touch Dirty Money" inflates your body and pretends to be serious throughout the running time. However, the character is obvious and the familiar narrative is not attractive. The film's laxity is exposed due to the gaps seen everywhere.

First of all, the two characters, who have to immerse the audience and lead the play, cannot escape typicality and do not induce interest.

Dong-hyuk (played by Kim Dae-myung), who is in gambling debt, and Myung-deuk (played by Jung-woo), who is in a situation where his daughter is sick following his wife who died while fighting a disease, are reminiscent of characters that have already been dealt with in numerous dramas and movies. It is not easy to feel fresh in the two characters filled with sense of deja vu no matter how much Dong-hyuk, who continued to throw useless puns, trembled in fear in the crisis, or distorted Myung-deuk's expression.

Due to the nature of the title of the declarative film, the process of reaching a fixed ending is also familiar and monotonous.

As the theme of the work has already been predicted through the title "Don't Touch Dirty Money," the movie only looks ahead and goes on its own path. Here, the narratives of the two main characters and those around them are never elaborate or new. On top of that, the film's finale, which is neither instructive nor touching, feels somewhat out of the blue and halves even the little fun of the work once again.

The movie is obvious, but it has ingredients that can be made delicious, but like the line of Seung-chan (Park Byung-eun), the team leader of Kwangsu University in the play, it adds to the sadness of just opening up the work and not being able to fix it.

The movie Don't Touch Dirty Money. Directed by Kim Min-soo. Jungwoo, Kim Dae-myeon, and Park Byung-eun. 100 minutes of running time. For ages 15 and up. theatrical release on October 17.
