[Jeonbuk] Wanju agrees to establish a risk assessment center for uninterruptible power supplies

Jeonbuk Self-Governing Province signed a business agreement with Wanju-gun and Korea Electric Safety Corporation to evaluate the risk of large-capacity, high-power uninterruptible power supplies, UPS, and develop safety technologies.

Accordingly, the UPS Risk Assessment Center will be established in the second general industrial complex of Wanju Techno Valley by 2027 with a total project cost of 30 billion won, and detailed research projects based on lithium-ion batteries will be conducted.
