Due to rising construction costs, the sale price of private apartments in Seoul and across the country reached an all-time high.

According to the trend of private apartment sales prices as of the end of September announced by the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation and HUG, the average sale price per square meter of private apartments in Seoul over the past year reached a record high of 13.383 million won.In terms of

3.3㎥, it is 44.241 million won, up 224,000 won from last July, when it reached an all-time high.

As of the end of September, the average sale price of private apartments nationwide was 5,692,000 won per square meter, slightly higher than the previous record high of 5,683,000 won in April.

The rise in the sale price in Seoul is attributed to a series of sales in areas where the sale price is relatively high, such as the Gangnam area, along with rising construction costs such as raw material prices and labor costs.

Sales prices in other regions such as North Chungcheong Province and North Gyeongsang Province also rose, leading to a rise in sales prices nationwide.
