Ruh, Zelenskyy's "Winning Plan" says, "Wake up, Ukra."

In response to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's unveiling of his "victory plan" on the 16th local time, Russia said, "Ukraine must wake up and realize the futility of their policies."

"If this plan is supported, we will be able to end the war by next year at the latest," Zelenskyy said as he unveiled his "victory plan" in Ukraine's parliament.

The victory plan included Ukraine's unconditional NATO membership and the transfer of battlefields to Russian territory and the lifting of restrictions on the use of long-range weapons for that purpose.

In response, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov argued that Zelensky's plan "would be the same as the U.S. plan to use Ukraine to fight Russia until the last Ukrainian."

"In order to achieve peace, Ukraine must come to its senses and realize why the conflict arose," he said.
