The Gyeonggi provincial government announced that 8,59 people participated in the Real Treasure Festival, a digital treasure hunt event held at the former Gyeonggi Provincial Government building in Paldal-gu, Suwon for five days from the 12th to the 16th, breaking the Guinness Book of Records (3,40 people) set last year. The

Real Treasure Festival' is an event to find treasure using smartphones and digital realistic technology, and is designed to revitalize nearby commercial districts that have shrunk since the relocation of the Gwanggyo New Office.

Participants visited the old provincial government building and the surrounding Paldalsan Dulle-gil, and received various gifts such as social and economic products, delivery special coupons, and gifticons, depending on the number and ranking of treasures obtained by solving major policies and old provincial government offices in Gyeonggi Province.

"Dungeon Treasure," which usually interacts with professional actors in bunkers, which are open facilities, and "Catch treasure thieves" who look for treasure thieves by watching montage, also received high attention.

In particular, participants dressed as explorers according to the dress code event to enhance their liveliness.

However, this year's record of the number of participants was not listed as a new Guinness record because it was the same event held at the same place.
