Amid the controversy over the leak of Yonsei University's essay exam questions, some argued that there was a situation in which the questions were leaked among test takers.

In connection with the controversy over the leak of the problem, A, who is pushing for a class-action lawsuit between candidates and parents, said he distributed the test papers early and confirmed that about 30 minutes before the test started, a test taker delivered some problem information to the test taker at another test site on his mobile phone.

Mr. A said that the examinee who delivered the problem revealed the fact himself, and that it was a leak even if he did not share all the contents of the problem.

Mr. A also said that more than 100 applicants and parents will participate in a class-action lawsuit over the leak of essay questions, and that he plans to appoint a lawyer to file a lawsuit for invalidation of the exam and a provisional injunction for suspension of the examination early next week.
