Less than two days after the A-match, national soccer team coach Hong Myung-bo went on a business trip.

It is the second business trip since July, when he visited Europe as soon as he took over as coach, and this time, the main focus is to check young players with his own eyes.

Director Hong's No. 1 inspection target is Lee Young-joon, born in 2003.

Lee Young-joon, the main player in last year's Under-20 World Cup semifinals, took over as the main striker for his team, Grashofer, after advancing to Switzerland last summer.

He has played in five games this season, scored two goals and helped one, showing off his high-purity determination.

If Lee Young-joon plays in front of head coach Hong Myung-bo, the pool of front-line strikers will be wider along with Oh Se-hoon and Oh Hyun-kyu, who reported goals in this month's A-match.

Coach Hong will watch Kim Ji-soo, a 20-year-old central defender who plays for Brentford in the Premier League, before moving on to the United Arab Emirates.
