Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon visited the former Dunchon Jugong Apartment and Olympic Park Foreon, which are set to officially move in December.

It is to check all over the house with prospective tenants of Seoul's long-term lease house for newlyweds, "My House in advance."

[Sehun Oh / Mayor of Seoul: Which floor were you assigned to? (We're on the 20th floor) It's better.]

Newlywed couples who won through the average competition ratio of 60 to 1 will live in the house for at least 10 years for a deposit of 420 million won based on 25 pyeong.

Considering that the current asking price of the area is around KRW 800 million, it's almost half-price lease.

Couples, who have eased the housing burden, expressed their gratitude, but requested that the real estate rise be stabilized so that it can lead to home purchases in 20 years.

[Planning to move into "My House" in advance: Given the rate of increase in housing prices, the Olympic Park Foreon could reach 6 billion won in 20 years (We need to stabilize it)]

[Planning to move into Seoul's 'My House in advance' : I think there are cases where it is difficult to borrow 430 million won (rental price) because it regulates loans and things like that.]

Mayor Oh said, "I'm sorry that I couldn't give more newlyweds a chance," and promised to expand the supply fully.

[Sehun/Seoul Mayor: For those who hesitate to get married due to housing issues, we promise to work harder in the future to provide housing that can be courageous]

The Seoul Metropolitan Government said it will recruit more than 400 additional households in Seocho-gu, Seongdong-gu, and Dongdaemun-gu in December while considering establishing an organization dedicated to "my house in advance."
