Ukrainian President Zelensky has been publicizing the North Korean military's plan to send troops to Ukraine every day.

The ambassador to the U.S. has not yet been confirmed, but it appears likely to be true, he said.

Ukrainian President Zelenskyy, who held a press conference after attending the EU summit, said North Korea had 10,000 troops ready to send troops.

Although no troop movements have been made yet, Ukrainian intelligence officials have obtained North Korean military movements as intelligence.

President Zelensky claimed that tactical personnel and officers had already been dispatched prior to the deployment of North Korean troops.

They said they were in Russian-occupied Ukrainian territory, but said the exact number had not been determined.

Cho Hyun-dong, the ambassador to the U.S., said after being asked about it at a Washington think tank seminar that there is no confirmed information, but it is highly likely that the North Korean troop dispatch is true.

At the same time, he said it is time to deal with the North Korean issue on a broader level, not on the two countries.

[Joh Hyeon-dong / Ambassador to the U.S. : It seems highly likely that North Korea is preparing to send troops. If it's true, I think it's something we have to deal with very seriously.

The ambassador to the U.S. emphasized the need for cooperation, saying that military cooperation between North Korea and Russia can show how interconnected Asia and Europe's security are.

However, Russia has repeatedly denied the rumor of sending troops to North Korea, saying it is a lie that the U.S. does not agree with.
