[Incheon] Incheon City "Great results from the full implementation of paperless electronic contracts"

Incheon Metropolitan City announced that it has been making great achievements by fully implementing "paperless electronic contracts" that are submitted as electronic documents for all contracts since January this year.

'Electronic Contract without Paper' was introduced in earnest from September to December last year after a pilot operation, and is a system that electronically processes all contract procedures from contract signing to construction, completion, billing and payment.

As a result, contractors will be able to resolve the inconvenience of having to visit the city hall at least twice and at least 10 times, and save time and money.

As of September, through paperless electronic contracts, Incheon City reduced the cost of visiting administrative agencies by about 420 million won, and reduced the use of 180,000 papers, resulting in an eco-friendly effect of reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 1 ton.
