Amid the recent increase in illegal imports using direct overseas purchases, the Korea Customs Service is launching a special crackdown in time for Black Friday in the U.S. and China's mining system.

The Korea Customs Service said today (21st) that imports using overseas direct purchases caught until last month were worth 60.8 billion won, up 13% from a year ago.

As a result, the Korea Customs Service plans to strengthen information analysis and planning crackdowns for five weeks from the 29th in time for overseas direct purchases such as the Chinese Gwanggun system and the U.S. Black Friday.
