With the rain expanding across the country, more than 100mm of autumn rain poured down the coast of Gyeongnam, including Busan and Tongyeong, overnight.

The coast of Gyeongnam will receive more than 100mm of rain in the future under the heavy rain warning, and the temperature will drop sharply after the rain stops.

I'm connecting with the reporter. Reporter Kim Minkyung!A heavy rain warning was issued in the fall of

, which area is it?

[Reporter]
Yes, it's a coastal area in South Gyeongsang Province, such as Busan.

The region received more than 100mm of autumn rain overnight, and the rain is still strong.

As rain clouds move northeast, it is currently raining mainly in the eastern part of the country.

In particular, yellow and orange rain clouds are located around the southern coast of Gyeongnam.

For this reason, heavy rain warnings are still in place on the southern coast of Gyeongsangnam-do, including Busan,
Heavy rain of around 10 to 20 millimeters per
hours is pouring.

It will pour up to 100mm into the southern coast of South Gyeongsang Province by tomorrow,

Gangwon-do is expected to receive 20 to 60mm more, Jeonnam, Chungcheong, and metropolitan areas are expected to receive 10 to 50mm more, and Jeju Island is also expected to receive 5 to 30mm more.

There is a possibility that heavy rain warnings will be issued in the Yeongnam region in the future.

Other areas need strong winds rather than heavy rains.

A preliminary warning for strong winds is being issued around Jeju Island and coastal areas.

By tomorrow, instantaneous wind speeds of more than 25 meters per second are expected on the coast and mountains, and strong winds of 15 to 20 meters per second are expected in most parts of the country.

After the rain stops tomorrow, the temperature drops to early and mid-November?

[Reporter]
Yes, the temperature in Seoul is expected to drop to 11 degrees tomorrow and to 8 degrees the day after tomorrow.

This is because the strong chill in the north is expected to move south behind the rain cloud.

The Korea Meteorological Administration expects cold winds to strengthen from tomorrow afternoon after the rain stops and daytime temperatures to drop by more than 4 to 5 degrees from previous years.

In particular, the morning after tomorrow will see the coldest autumn weather this fall in mid-November as the central inland temperature drops to around 5 degrees Celsius.
