The court, which hears the so-called "defamation of President Yoon Suk Yeol" false reports, has repeatedly pointed out that the prosecution's indictment is not clear.

The Seoul Central District Court today (22nd) asked the prosecution to clarify that the crime was not specified in the indictment at the second hearing for Kim Man-bae, the majority shareholder of Hwacheon Daeyu Asset Management, and Shin Hak-rim, the former chairman of the media union.

In the previous trial, the court has repeatedly pointed out that too many indirect circumstances unrelated to President Yoon's defamation are included in the indictment.

Since then, the prosecution has changed the indictment once, but the court has asked the prosecution to specify which media reports it believes are false, saying the indictment has not become clear.

At today's trial, lawyer Nam Wook, a private business in Daejang-dong, appeared as a witness.

Lawyer Nam testified that Kim said, "The Daejang-dong case is not related to CEO Lee Jae-myung, but I will focus on working on the media with the intention that it is related to Yoon Suk Yeol," adding, "We need to turn the frame toward Yoon Suk Yeol first."
