Doctors and hospital officials have been arrested for taking illegal rebates from Korea Pharmaceutical.

The Seoul Central District Court issued an arrest warrant for a doctor A and a hospital official B, who were charged with violating the medical law, saying there is a possibility of eliminating evidence.

They are accused of pocketing 420 million won in total by receiving a certain percentage of the sales as back money in exchange for prescribing Koryo Pharmaceutical products.
