At around 8:40 a.m. today, a rotten oak tree collapsed in strong winds near Naewonam Hermitage, a hermitage in Sinheungsa Mountain on Seoraksan Mountain in Sokcho, Gangwon-do, hitting hikers who were going up in the direction of Ulsan Rock.In the accident of
