[Gyeongbuk] Toray, No. 1 Carbon Fiber Invests Additional Production Plant in Gumi

Toray, the world's No. 1 company in the field of carbon fiber, has begun additional construction of high-tech materials in Gumi, Gyeongsangbuk-do.

North Gyeongsang Province and Gumi City announced that Doray Advanced Materials held a groundbreaking ceremony for a factory to produce IT films and aramid fibers in the Gumi National Industrial Complex in accordance with an investment agreement signed in May.

Gyeongsangbuk-do Province promised to steadily support related industries, saying that world-class companies are building an ecosystem of high-tech materials industries around Gumi.
