The arrest warrant, which had been filed against the director and the surgeon of the hospital who had an abortion on the 36-week-old fetus, has been rejected.

The Seoul Central District Court rejected both the arrest warrants for the head of the hospital, Yoon, who is suspected of murder, and Shim, who is also a lead surgeon.

The court explained that much of the data on facts has been collected, housing is constant, and it is difficult to acknowledge the need and substantiality to be bound at this stage.

Earlier, Yoon and others aborted the 36-week-old fetus of a 20-year-old YouTuber A, and when A posted the fact on YouTube, the Ministry of Health and Welfare requested the police to investigate it.

In this regard, the police are also investigating brokers who brokered other medical staff and patients who did not collect them.
