The strong winds that hit the nation yesterday died down, but this morning the temperature dropped sharply and it was the coldest this fall.

The wind was especially cold, so the wind chill was lower, and some mountainous areas were below zero.

Yes, the temperature in Seoul dropped to 7.1 degrees this morning.

It was 2.3 degrees lower than yesterday, the lowest temperature this fall.

In addition, temperatures fell to 6.4 degrees in Daejeon, 4.8 degrees in Andong, 1.3 degrees in Daegwallyeong, and 0.4 degrees in Taebaek, and the mountainous area of Bonghwa, Gyeongbuk, fell to minus 0.4 degrees.

The wind chill was especially cold, so the wind chill was lower than the temperature.

Seolcheonbong Peak in Muju plummeted to minus 5 degrees Celsius and Gangwon and Jeju mountainous islands fell below zero,

The temperature felt by the official observatory in Seoul was 6.2 degrees, and Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu, recorded 3.3 degrees.

The temperature dropped sharply from the northwest due to a strong chill of around minus 15 degrees Celsius, and the radiation cooling effect.

As the temperature drops significantly overnight, some inland and mountainous areas will experience frost and some places will freeze ice, so caution is needed.

The temperature that has fallen sharply will gradually rise from daytime.

In the middle of the day, it will be 21 degrees in Daegu, 20 degrees in Gwangju and Jeju, and 19 degrees in Seoul and Daejeon, similar to the average year.

Tomorrow morning's temperature will be similar to or slightly lower than the average year, such as 10 degrees in Seoul, but it is expected to be 23 degrees during the day, higher than the average year.

The Korea Meteorological Administration said that the daily temperature range is expected to widen from 10 to 15 degrees Celsius for the time being, and asked for special attention to health care.
