Kim Byung-hwan "Expanding regulations on lease loans, considering the impact of end-users"

Kim Byung-hwan, chairman of the Financial Services Commission, said he will fully consider the impact on end-users while reviewing the total debt repayment ratio and DSR regulation on lease loans.

Chairman of the states Affairs Commission Kim responded to a question from Kang Joon-hyun of the Democratic Party of Korea about expanding DSR regulations on jeonse loans during a parliamentary audit of the National Assembly's political affairs committee today (24th).

He added that he is carefully approaching the method and timing of implementation in consideration of end-users of lease on a deposit basis.
