With the U.S. presidential election just 10 days away, the departure of black people, who have traditionally supported the Democratic Party, is unusual.

Even former President Obama is on the campaign trail to support Harris, but a quarter of black male voters say they will vote for Trump.

Reporter Kim Jandi's report.

Vice President Kamala Harris was interviewed by the media ahead of the U.S. presidential election less than two weeks away.

[NBC Press Question / Vice President Kamala Harris: (Reporter: "Do you think this country is ready to be a female, female president of color?") Of course. Of course." (What's important in this election) is to close the page of an era that suggests Americans are divided.]

But the reality is not easy.

With former President Donald Trump's strides already prominent, especially in rival states, one in four black male voters said they would vote for Trump. In a poll of voters aged 18 to 40 by the University of Chicago

, 58 percent of black male respondents said they would vote for Vice President Harris and 26 percent for former President Trump.

On the other hand, only 12% of black women said they would vote for Trump.

President Joe Biden, who won the 2020 presidential election earlier, received a landslide 92% of black voters.

It is analyzed that Vice President Harris, a black and Asian woman, has not fully won the support of black supporters of the Democratic Party because of the departure of black men.

Former President Barack Obama is appealing for support with solid support, but it is not easy to turn the tide.

[Former U.S. President Barack Obama] Part of that makes me wonder if you're looking for another alternative or a reason because you don't like the idea of simply being a female president.]

The support of Latino men was 44%, with former President Trump leading Vice President Harris by 37%.

Trump bragged about a series of polls and pointedly criticized Vice President Harris.

[Donald Trump / Former U.S. President: There is something wrong with Harris. It's slow, it's low IQ, it's like that. I don't know what it is, but I lie. I don't need anyone with a low IQ anymore. There was one person for four years.]

For all voters surveyed, Vice President Harris received 47 percent and former President Trump received 35 percent.
