Today, Lee Kunhee's 4th anniversary memorial service...Attendance of bereaved families and management

The 4th anniversary memorial service for the late Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Kun-hee will be held in Sunyoung, Suwon, Gyeonggi Province this morning.

The memorial service is expected to be attended by bereaved families and Samsung presidents, including Hong Ra-hee, former director of the Samsung Museum of Art, and Lee Jae-yong, chairman of Samsung Electronics.

Chairman Lee and Samsung presidents will hold a luncheon meeting at the Samsung Human Resources Development Institute in Yongin.

As there are evaluations inside and outside that Samsung is facing a crisis, attention is being paid to what kind of solutions Chairman Lee will come up with.

Lee Kun-hee, former president of the party, died on October 25, 2020, at the age of 78 after collapsing from myocardial infarction at his home in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, in May 2014.
