Army conducts joint scientific training (KCTC) with first participating Australian troops

The Army said the 7th Infantry Division's Ascending Non-Sajo Brigade conducted the first Korea-Korea Joint Scientific Training (KCTC) with the Australian military from the 14th to today.


The training, conducted by the Army Science and Combat Training Corps in Inje, Gangwon-do, was conducted in the form of a two-way free-motivated combat with a specialized anti-aircraft regiment, focusing on strengthening the ability to carry out joint operations.

More than 580 combat equipment and 3,800 soldiers participated in the training.

The Australian military participated in the Korean War as a member of the Commonwealth United Nations and played a major role in the Battle of Gapyeong against the Chinese military's Spring offensive, and has been gradually expanding joint training and military exchange cooperation with our military.
