The investigation into the cause of the fire was decided to be conducted jointly by the U.S. military and our fire department, but the results of the investigation are not expected to be disclosed to the outside world.

As the fire, which had been burning all night, died down, the warehouse that had been engulfed in the fire was revealed.

Most of the ceilings have been completely burned down, and only the interior walls remain.

The fire at the 55th supply window warehouse of the U.S. Forces Korea in Busan was all extinguished at around 1:30 p.m.

It took 13 hours to put out the big flames and 19 hours to put out the remaining fires and completely put out the fires.

It took a long time to go to Wanjin and the facility to store military supplies, so residents were anxious.

This seems to be because the investigative power is on the U.S. military's side according to the U.S. Forces Korea Status Agreement, and the information that can be disclosed as a military security facility is also limited.

Unless requested by the U.S. military, it is impossible for our police to intervene.

The damage quickly increased as the warehouse on fire was built with sandwich panels that were vulnerable to fire.

Citizens who witnessed the fire in the early stages said they saw a small fire, but the rapid spread led to a large fire.

The fire did not spread to other buildings in the unit thanks to the fire authorities' focus on preventing the expansion of combustion by deploying a large number of extinguishing equipment and personnel.
