Israeli airstrikes continued across the Palestinian Gaza Strip, killing at least 72 people, including women and children.

At least 38 people, including 15 members of a family, were killed in Kanyunis, southern Gaza, when several homes were destroyed by airstrikes.

In addition, three homes were hit by airstrikes in northern Beit Rahiya, killing 25 people and injuring dozens, followed by nine in nearby Gaza City.

In nearby Zavaliya, which is being blocked by Israeli forces, Israeli forces stormed hospitals, moved patients, and fired, destroying oxygen tanks.

The Israeli military says it operated near the hospital following intelligence that the terrorists were based.
