U.S. former President Donald Trump mentioned North Korean leader Kim Jong-un 10 days before the presidential election and said, "The bigger problem than that is the internal enemy."

According to the Washington Post, former President Trump said in an interview with Joe Rogan, a popular podcast host in Austin, Texas, on the 25th local time that he had "no problem with him" and that "in my opinion, the enemy inside is the bigger problem."

Former President Trump said, "We have enemies inside, we have really bad people. I think they want to make this country fail," he added.

Earlier on the 13th, former President Trump was criticized by Democratic candidate Kamala Harris' camp for mentioning that he could mobilize the military to suppress the enemy inside by referring to the "acute left."

Asked what he could do about Russia's invasion of Ukraine, former President Trump said he could negotiate an end to the war, but did not disclose any specific plans.

"If I tell you exactly what I'm going to do, I'll never be able to negotiate," he said.

In addition, when asked about his objection to the 2020 U.S. presidential election, former President Trump said, "I'll do that next time," and changed his words, "I'll bring a lot of documents."

The interview was held with Joe Rogan, a renowned podcast host who is believed to be trying to win the hearts and minds of young men.

As the interview lasted about three hours, former President Trump was late for his later schedule, Traverse City, Michigan, the WP said.
