In addition, the Democratic Party of Korea submitted a resolution to the National Assembly calling for the expulsion of Han Ki-ho, a member of the People's Power, who sent a Telegram message to Shin Won-sik, head of the National Security Office, saying, "Let's bomb the North Korean mob sent to Russia."

The Democratic Party claimed that a lawmaker's message violated Article 46 of the Constitution, which stipulates that "a lawmaker performs his duties according to conscience by prioritizing the national interest."

He also pointed out that the lawmaker's remarks, "It is absurd to demonize individual lawmakers over Telegram conversations," constitute a violation of Article 146 of the National Assembly Act, which prohibits insulting remarks.

Earlier on the 24th, a lawmaker was seen sending a message to Shin Won-sik, the head of the department, saying that if Ukraine cooperates, it would be good to use it as a psychological war against North Korea by striking a missile at a unit of the North Korean gang.
