U.N. Security Council talks about sending North Korean troops... South Korea and the U.S. vs. North Korea-Russia head-on collision.
South Korea, the United States, Russia, and North Korea staged a fierce battle at the UN headquarters in New York, which was urgently convened to dispatch North Korea to Russia.

Hwang Joon-guk, Ambassador to the United Nations, pointed out that North Korea's dispatch of troops to Russia is feared to become a bulletproof aid, and the money that soldiers should receive from Russia will fall into Kim Jong-un's pocket.

Robert Wood, the U.S. deputy ambassador to the United Nations, said, "If North Korean troops enter Ukraine, they will certainly return to their bodies," and warned North Korean leader Kim Jong-un to think twice.

On the other hand, Russian Ambassador to the United Nations Vasily Nevenza said of the deployment of North Korean troops, "The North Korean military is trying to get out of the problem of threatening world peace, so there is no need to be surprised by the North Korean military statement."

North Korean Ambassador to the United Nations Kim Sung also claimed, "North Korea and Russia have the right to develop bilateral relations in all areas, including politics, economy, military and culture, which is completely in line with international law norms."
