[Company] 'Energy Dinosaur' SKINO-E&S Merger Corporation Officially Launched

The merger of SK Innovation and SK E&S, the core of SK Group's business restructuring, has been officially launched.

It is an energy dinosaur with an asset of 105 trillion won and is the largest among private energy companies in the Asia-Pacific region.

SK Innovation plans to become a company that encompasses petroleum, chemicals, electricity, batteries, and renewable energy through additional mergers with battery subsidiaries in the future.
