Israel and Hamas agreed to stop fighting at inoculation time, right?
[Reporter]
Yes, this attack is a violation of the agreement.
WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said on social media that the Sheikh Radwan Primary Medical Center in northern Gaza was attacked on the 2nd local time.
Six people, including four children, were injured.
It did not mention who was responsible for the attack, but it was most likely an Israeli airstrike.
Secretary-General Ghebreyesus explained that parents were bringing their children to be vaccinated against polio to the area where a halt to humanitarian fighting was agreed.
The WHO resumed the third phase of the Gaza polio vaccination project, which had been postponed.
As the spread of polio in Gaza became serious, children were vaccinated against polio in September.
Israel and Hamas have agreed to stop fighting in areas where they are due to be inoculated for nine hours a day.

A large demonstration was held in the Israeli capital, Tel Aiv, calling for the release of hostages?
[Reporter]
At least an estimated crowd of thousands gathered.
Participants spoke out that Israel had achieved its military goals in Gaza, and that it was time to reach a political agreement.
"The military has already won, and now it's the political squadron's turn," said a family member of the hostage victims, calling for an agreement to "release everyone, little by little, not part of it, right now."
Another family member also stressed that the swift release of all hostages would be a "great victory" for Israel.
There were also calls for early elections and for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to step down.

The release of hostages will eventually have to go with a ceasefire.
There are other reports that the prospect of a ceasefire is not very bright.

Israel, which holds the key to the negotiations, is said to be unlikely to reach a ceasefire.
Israeli media outlet Yinet reported on the 2nd local time, citing a high-ranking Israeli official, that Hamas insists on a complete end to the war and is not open to gradual negotiations.
"Negotiations are not moving in a hopeful direction," the official said.
In particular, the U.S. government, which is on the verge of a presidential election, is making considerable efforts with neighboring countries such as Qatar and Egypt for a ceasefire in Gaza, but it is difficult to expect any progress.
So far, the international department has delivered it.
