Visitors who want to enjoy the late autumn atmosphere for the holiday continue to visit maple spots all over the country.

In Goesan, Chungcheongbuk-do, a ginkgo tree road called the "Golden Tunnel" is also visiting.

I'm connecting the reporter who is on the scene. Reporter Lee Sungwoo!

Fall foliage is often colored late or just lost this year, how about there?

[Journalist]
Yes, fortunately, this place has yellow ginkgo leaves.

Ginkgo trees planted along the reservoir form a golden wave.

This is one of the representative ginkgo tree paths in North Chungcheong Province.

Many visitors come here in the morning as well as in the afternoon to enjoy the late autumn atmosphere.

But unfortunately, I see trees that have fallen off their leaves.

This year, many maple spots in most of the country dry early even if the autumn leaves are colored late or dyed.

The situation is similar here, the color became clear this week, but the leaves that fell relatively increased.

Still, there is no shortage to feel late autumn while walking on the ginkgo tree path.

The ginkgo tree road here is a walking trail that runs along the Mungwang Reservoir.

There are about 300 ginkgo trees along the reservoir, and every fall, ginkgo leaves are golden and spectacular.

The place began more than 40 years ago when residents donated ginkgo trees to the village.

Since then, residents have carefully cultivated ginkgo trees on the village road, creating the current ginkgo tree road.

It is especially popular as a filming location for photographers.

This is because yellow ginkgo trees are reflected in the reservoir, creating an unusual atmosphere.

Not only ginkgo tree paths but also ecological experience paths along the reservoir will be created, so it would be good to visit with your family or friends once in late autumn.

So far, I'm Lee Sung-woo from YTN in Mungwang-myeon, Goesan-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do.
