Public officials of the Ministry of Public Administration and Security have been booked for 'daily drunk driving accident'.

Sejong Nambu Police Station booked without detention a public official in his 40s from the Ministry of Public Administration and Security on charges of causing an accident while driving while drinking in broad daylight.

Mr. A is suspected of hitting a car behind him while driving under the influence of alcohol in the underground parking lot of a shopping mall in Naseong-dong, Sejong-si, at around 3:45 p.m. yesterday (4th).

As a result of the police's drinking test, it was found that A's blood alcohol level exceeded the level of license cancellation.

The police believe that A had an accident while leaving the underground parking lot and are investigating the circumstances.
