Harris to accept defeat at 6 a.m. Korean time

Vice President Kamala Harris, who lost to former President Donald Trump in the U.S. presidential election, will give an acceptance speech.

CNN and other U.S. media reported that Vice President Harris will deliver a speech at Howard University in Washington, DC, his alma mater, at 4 p.m. local time on the 6th and 6 a.m. Korean time today (7th).

Earlier, Harris' campaign announced that an event attended by Vice President Harris will be held at Howard University from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. local time on the 6th.

Harris is expected to speak to former President Trump before the speech, then accept his presidential defeat in the speech and call on the incoming Trump administration to consolidate.
