The New York Times reported that Trump's transition team has prepared an executive order on climate and energy and a presidential proclamation to be implemented immediately after taking office, which also includes withdrawal from the Paris Agreement.

As Trump has ridiculed the Biden administration's environmental policy as a "fraud," it has already been predicted.
